We’re pleased to announce enhancements to our Get Vehicle Data API, within both the Core Vehicle Data and Specification sections. The following updates will be live on Thursday 27th March.

Specification Changes
We have introduced new data fields to offer better insights into vehicle options and pricing. Below is a summary of the key fields:

Core Vehicle Data Changes
Currently, when the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) returns a CO2 value of “null” or “999,” there is a gap in emissions data. To improve accuracy, we will now supplement this information using Solifi CO2 data where applicable. This update ensures that you receive a reliable CO2 value when DVLA data is unavailable.
What’s Changing?
- A new field can be made available in your data feed called “SolifiCO2”. This will display the CO2 values sourced from Solifi.
- Customers are advised to reference “SolifiCO2” field when the “CO2” field returns “null” or “999.”
