Vehicle DNA Desktop – Multi Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be introduced for Vehicle DNA Desktop on Monday 2^nd March.

From this date, each login will require a verification code, which will be sent to the email address registered on your account.

Please note:

• Each verification code will remain valid for 15 minutes

• If verification is unsuccessful after three attempts, the account will be locked, and you will need to contact our support team to regain access.
• You can request a maximum of three verification codes during a 60-minute period.
